  • Reading: Nada

  • Drinking: Yearning for an iced Irish cream mocha.
The past week in retrospect:

... I lived.

Monday through yesturday, I taught at Marshall High, and though the first day seemed to put things off to a BAD start, it all ended on high note. Overall, it was a great learning experience. Things I was afraid of having to deal with were quite literally thrown into my face so I HAD to deal with them, so hopefully I can continue to grow in a more adequate educator. I was complimented by my observer as being ';patient and kind' which means a lot considering the stress I've been through. So hurrah!

I have three more days of just basic observation going on, including today, so I get to take it easy. I'm going to enjoy the break immensely.

Besides. It's girl's night at Gin's tonight. HOO-AH.

Hum. ... What sort of omen is it to have a dream about being in a falling elevator?

.....

By the way... Aisith (new character chick) and Dragon-Whose-Name-I-Can't-Decide-On are driving me insane. Their current tracklist of musical inspiration are as follows:

"March of Mephisto"-Kamelot
"People of the North Pole" and "People of the Far North" Nobou Uemastu
"Farewell" and "Until it Ends"(I think, can't look as I'm not on my own computer)-Apocalyptica

So yeah. I neeeeeed to draw and play these characters, do a comic with them... SOMETHING before what little sanity I have runs away in terror.

Hello weekend, I missed you dearly.

The more you do it, the more you can do it, regardless of what it is.

Which is why I prefer to call it Neo-victorian to Steam-punk, lol. Lets just say I think the breathing of life into old contraptions and fashions is interesting. Take the ascot for example... or band collar shirts.
:iconchainemaile:
Mostly I have been tinkering around with the whole Steam-punk/ neo-victorian scene, or at least wanting to. Work has been keeping me busy too. Been jumping through a lot of red tape, filling out forms for this or that... Gets old fast.
:iconchainemaile:
Hey you, what creations have you been up to lately?
